TOPPAN Digital Language, a leading technology-enabled language service provider is excited to announce the appointment of Alexandru Matusescu as Director of Product, effective 14th July 2025. With over two decades of experience in technology and operations, Alexandru will lead TDL’s product strategy to enhance its next-generation language technology platform, STREAM AI.
Alex joins TDL from XTRF Management System, where he served as General Manager overseeing the development of XTRF. His expertise in innovation, language technology and user-centric product design aligns with TDL’s mission to deliver next-generation technology that leverages AI for smart, agile, scalable and secure language solutions.

His appointment comes at a pivotal time as TDL expands its solutions offerings to meet the demand for AI-powered language services and solutions in industries such as eCommerce, healthcare and life sciences, financial services and technology.
